A $100 (US) deposit is required to confirm/HOLD an apartment for arrival date. Deposit is fully refundable on arrival -- if not 100% fully satisfied with the accommodations. Deposit is NON-refundable if guest fails to arrive on the arrival date or fails to give a minimum 72 hour (3 day) notice of cancellation or rescheduling. This Deposit is a refundable security/damage deposit. It is NOT applicable to rent and tax.
