Our studio apartment sizes range between 350 to 550 square feet and come complete with a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen (with a microwave, refrigerator and the option of including cutlery, utensils, a coffee maker, etc), a bathroom (with a bathtub) a sofa, coffee table and dining room table.
In addition, all of our studio apartments include free Wifi, free local calls and satellite television. You'll also be able to take advantage of our 24-laundry facilities as well as our outdoor swimming pool and free Internet café. Should you need some extra storage space, we also provide climate-controlled self-storage facilities (available in a variety of sizes).

Located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to the University of Nevada Las Vegas and across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Holiday Royale is within walking distance of shopping centers as well as numerous restaurants, bars and clubs. CVS Pharmacy is just a two-minute walk away as is a local grocery store (located less than 1,000 feet away). Target and Albertsons are less than two miles down the road.
For those residents relocating here without a car, you'll be relieved to hear that we're located along a city bus line. Our on-site management company is available to give you directions or help arrange your transportation.
